Loki has GROWN like a weed but he's ever so lovable and for the first time, gets really excited when I get one of my airsoft rifles out to do some target practice.
He wants to hunt!
I think this spring I'm going to get some raccoon scents and start training him to hunt for coons and maybe take him out to my brother in law's ranch and try some hunting.
He maybe a hyperactive hound dog but he's been the most mature dog I've ever had and he isn't even a year old, not even close to a year old!

No, not since I was the one who asked if I could stay home tomorrow. It just feels so dang awkward to just be there without doing anything. It was my co-worker who said if we could skip Friday too so yeah, I get a couple days off without pay and that's unfortunate. But at least I get some nice time off. Money I can always get more of later but not so much with time.

That’s always the way I feel about it. Money comes and goes, but time is fleeting and will run out for each of us one day.

Lol, I couldn’t get away with that. When I was unemployed there was always someone pushing me to get a job.

That’s pretty much what I did when I was collecting unemployment back in the late 00’s. In the end, I just walked into the hotel and got hired basically on the spot. Submitting resumes and applications didn’t even help.
Yeah, applying for jobs with resumés almost never does anything. Showing up and say hi is better and is exactly how I got my first job right after school. I guess it helped that they knew me and my family since we've all gone to the same church.
Anyway, going to the woods tomorrow afternoon with Dad to bring home some timber. Can't do a full day since he has stuff to do in the morning. Senior citizens are so busy

Er… sorry, I know it’s not accurate but I was trying to get it “in the ballpark” for folks using Celsius for temps. The high for many of those days was around 27 Celsius
