Well a craving isn't the same as an addiction, the latter necessitates a degree of dependency.
But the more stressed you get the less likely you are to get anywhere. Try relaxing a little.

I try not to but drinking relaxes me.
ugh. I can't get hooked again. I tried so hard to stay off alcohol. I'll just throw out all alcoholic beverages. That'll help...maybe.
