Iirc she was having some health issues, and then we didn't hear from her after that.

The bad thing about strokes is that the chances of recurring are high within the first month or so after. Without getting too depressing, the symptoms can be extremely bad from a serious stroke. That is the reason everyone has been so worried.

That's what I am thinking.
The only good news is that I haven't found any death notices.
Her son would've sent an email or something out if anything bad happened. The last time she was sick. Liz got an email from her son. I'm really hoping she's okay, but as much as I hate to admit it, I've got this feeling she isn't
Honestly, if my mother died, whether it be months later or days later, the last thing I'd be thinking about is notifying her online friends. He might have only done it because she asked.
That is why I'm so worried. There's no notifications she's simply hurt.

You're probably right on that, we are likely the last thing on her mind even if she's alright. I hope she's alright but this is probably the longest she has ever gone without checking in. Strokes can cause changes in mental state, ability to function, and memory even if they aren't fatal. I keep hoping we'll see a post from her randomly letting us know she's fine but after this period of time, I've accepted that such a post may not be coming.
Thing is, we may never know for sure.
