You shouldn't need any add-ons to zoom. Almost all the browsers respond to CTRL+ and CTRL- to do that. At least one tells you what percentage you're at each time.
Firefox has zoom controls on the options menu, too, with + and - buttons either side of the %age display.

Watch it on that IRS thing - they never call you; they contact you via mail only unless you are in active negotiations with an agent (In which case you would have their name and know their voice)
There is a highly active scam going on where a recording or person represents themselves as the IRS and acts as if they will work with you to settle a debt with the IRS to keep you out of litigation - pay once an they have access to your bank account; and cannot be prosecuted because they are not subject to US laws - very similar to Nigerian fraud schemes.
Do not deal with or give ANY info to anyone who calls you. Call the IRS an deal with them directly; or one of their approved collections such as Navient; but get the telephone number of the approved agency directly from the IRS; not from anyone calling you unsolicited.

Well, of course I don't have a business account with Google; they are trying to get you to press one to tell them they have the wrong number. If you press 1; it gives them a phone number and they will try to get more info from you to usurp your identity; etc. All you need to do is press 1.
And wasn't there a hack a few years ago where if you pressed any key on the pad you were forwarded to a 900 line where they kept you on the phone as long as possible and then you got a bill for thousands that Ma Bell had to hold you to because a forwarded call shows as coming from your phone, not the original party's phone?
Yeah, I don't fool around much with incoming calls. If it is a recording I immediately hang up and report the number. If it is a person I tell them that I am on a national "Do not call" list; that this call is being traced and recorded. They usually hang up immediately without another word.

So...Do I abandon them to the "Soverngarde" of the old PS3 and make new friends...Or take them over so that they might live further?...

Well, if they've done it all then you might as well start over with a fresh pair of eyes in the game.

So, after finally nailing down all the details that my mind had brought up for my story, so they could be implemented in the rewrite, I got started today.
169 minutes of writing, 5,198 words. And somehow I've not even finished the damn prologue!
And, there are times I hate my faculty for mental imagery.
