We've had it bouncing between brilliant sunshine, sleet, ten minute storms with almost gale force winds and heavy rain. And that's just this afternoon!
Fortunately, it's calmed down now.

My only home now is my son's, I moved into his house. Well, the downspout extensions I fashioned using makeshift plastic tubing (rather than the expense of four 10 foot French drains) are working well! The rainwater is now draining 10 ft. from the foundation!
But as of today/tomorrow = can't do anything like repairs around the house for two weeks, still recovering from the surgery. Still able to clean though, thank goodness!
Well, I´m off to dreamland again and hopefully this time BESTie will be there!

Well poot. Having had to miss my 'daily' exercise-walk yesterday due to weather, I hoped to get in a one today. Bad weather was originally forecast to clear out by noon. Now it's predicted to last throughout the day and on into the wee hours of tomorrow morning.
Had what is, so far as I recall, for me a unique dream this morning. It involved first-person armed conflict, with me shooting at, and sometimes hitting, enemies with a machine gun. I NEVER have violent dreams in which I am a direct participant, certainly not involving firearms of any sort, which I have no interest in other than historical significance. I've dreamt of being shot at during conflict. I've dreamt of my dream-avatar actively involved in combat, but those dream sections occurred in third-person, adding a layer of disassociation.
It doesn't really bother me that I had such a dream, as I view dreams as entertainment. Last night's dream was certainly more entertaining than those in which I am walking down the street and suddenly realize I'm not wearing pants. Well, those are entertaining too, but not in an enjoyable way. What I'd like to have is more erotic dreams, which occur far too infrequently to suit me. Heck, they could ALL be erotic as far as I am concerned.

If you dream about riding horses, according to dream interpretation books, that is also a sexual dream; so you could be having more erotic dreams than you realize,
