Personally I find the idea that HAARP is controlling the weather to be comical. To be able to manipulate a weather system on such a scale would require more energy than we can produce globally at present.

While I don't share Callidus' trust in governments (I know that they've all got histories of doing horrible things in secrecy), I do sincerely doubt that anyone has the power to do anything like alter the weather on a massive scale. I don't trust governments at all though. Governments have betrayed their people more times than can be counted throughout history and are not worthy of trust.
Governments here in the USA can't even agree on budget deals or weapons laws, let alone any secret government conspiracies to control the planet or weather.

In PUBLIC, they can't agree on such things. Sometimes I wonder if they throw out issues like that to make us think they're a mess.
The government has all the control. They could do whatever they want to us, and there's nothing we can do about it. With power comes corruption. I doubt every single person in the government is crazed with power, but I find it hard to believe someone with so much power isn't corrupt at all

We can do something about it, but for that to happen we need everyone and not just a few. If every regular citizen suddenly woke up to whatīs happening it would all disappear in a day. No one would take a rifle and go to war, no one would take off and spray those chems over us and no one would use the HAARP stations and no government could do anything about it because they are dependant on regular people to actually fight those wars, fly those planes and work at those stations.
