Didn't Reynolds already play this character in one of the really bad Wolverine movies? Maybe it's just me, but something tells me that I just saw the best parts of the movie in the trailer. Hope our friendship withstands it, Liz, but I am not overly optimistic about this movie. I will be very happy to be proven wrong though.

Abso-freakin'-lutely!! Guardians of the Galaxy & Ant-Man are steps in the right direction. Daredevil on Netflix has completely redeemed that character for me (can't wait for AKA Jennifer Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist). Looking forward to seeing what Cumberbatch does with Dr. Strange and still waiting for full fledged Silver Surfer and Shang Chi movies.

That's the way of pretty much everything they convert to a movie. The only thing I don't like about that film is having to see Blink die over and over again. She's far too cute for that kind of treatment. And her power is way too badass for it too.

I think just about every one of the X-men characters got murderised in some way or another for those films.

That said, all I've got to go off is the old cartoons from the early 90's.

Chadwick Boseman is going to be T'Challa starting next year in Civil War with his own movie slated for 2017. Thankfully Zoe Saldana is already playing Gamora because you just know hollywood would have cast her as Storm.

Lol no? Aquaman is just the most hated Justice League member and it always made fun of for being useless. I used to be a huge fan when I was a little girl, then got made fun of by some older guys and switched to Batman, even though I'm really "meh" about Batman.

I don't really know jack about DC. All they had was Batman and Superman.

Not being a comic kid, it was all about cartoons. And Marvel had X-Men, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Spiderman, and The Fantastic Four, and I used to watch them all.

Though Marvel did have some over the top characters. Even some of the X-Men were over the top. Rogue for example. Indestructible, super strong, could fly, and drain the life force/mutant powers from people. Or Gambit, looking at the wiki page on him...

98.5 F here, and I'm seriously considering jumping into a bath of cold water while chugging a very large bottle of vitamin water that is so cold it will burn your throat. After that I'm considering laying naked under the cold cold gaze of our AC while chugging a very large bottle of vitamin water that is so cold it will burn your throat AND eating a bucket of ice cream that is so cold it will make your teeth ache.
