Correct, though that goes for all three of them. Seriously, the animated Transformers movie from the eighties is better.
That and I still remember his idea of rebooting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as aliens, presumably just so he could add some explosions as their ship crashes

It's one of the things I don't like so much about Bethsoft, too much Skyrim where it shouldn't be.
