I never have except for once to tell her to leave me alone. I have her blocked on every social site and changed my phone number. No mutual friends on Facebook. She still found me. But all she does is tell me she's changed now. I don't care. I just want her to leave me alone and stop tracking me down.

You can hunt anyone down without too much trouble if you actually know them/know their names and especially if you know where they lived at any given time no matter how long ago in the past it was.

I've moved AWAY from her and changed EVERYTHING. Obviously I do not want her to contact me. My husband has had to block her on everything as well. We were gonna leave the state until we ran into trouble and couldn't afford the move.

I'd get a restraining order with a "Chinese Wall." That means they can't contact you via friends; via the internet; no contact whatsoever in any way at all or they go to jail.

Try the 4th Circuit Court instead of the Criminal Court. And go through a Court Advocate if you can, they usually know a few loops to slide you through the process and around those kind of restrictions - especially if you are being stalked. You might be able to get an ex parte order, but make sure they attach a Chinese Wall to it.

If she has written letters, then you have proof she is doing it. Keep those letters for future reference if she keeps up the harassment, every bit of documentation helps in a court of law.

No, it has to be that way, or Liz would be the one that's subject to the restraining order. Because people that weird will tell the cops you're stalking them.
Exactly why she should keep any letters that person sends her and also any proof of what she has done to avoid this person.

Several. I collect knives and we have a gun cabinet. She isn't threatening me, though. I cut our friendship off after she began calling the police on our roommate we had after her and abusing them emotionally and physically. I never have except for once to tell her to leave me alone. I have her blocked on every social site and changed my phone number. No mutual friends on Facebook. She still found me. But all she does is tell me she's changed now. I don't care. I just want her to leave me alone and stop tracking me down.
Wow. That's a terrible situation to be in. She sounds disturbed. I hope it all works well. Sometimes in life we just come across these types of people.
On another note, my insomnia seems to have buggered off.

Was at the old car meeting this evening but I didnīt take the bike. Too cold/windy/chance of rainy. All that after a few days with very hot weather. Needless to say I hate HAARP

Urgh, I know that feeling.
I'm not doing much better on the writing front. I managed to wrap up the scene I was working on, but it needs work. And then I hit some writer's block too, starting the next scene.
I know WHAT I want to write, but I have to be in a specific headspace to do so. By the time I have the quiet time to write, I'm too tired. During the day I have things i have to do, so I can't do it.

I have way too much experience with that same problem.
Recently I've been trying to force myself to write when I'm not in the frame of mind I generally rely on. It's not been going well. I can write, but it's an uphill struggle, and its not nearly as much fun.
I wish I had something helpful I could suggest, but I'm down to relying on sheer bloody-minded stubbornness at this point.

I can type up a little short story no problem, almost. But the actual story that I'm creating is so difficult.

I am having the exact problem. I've found that I can sometimes knock myself into the right mindset, either by visualising scenes that come ahead that I'd like to write, those that have the right feel to them, or by just typing until I hit a turn of phrase or something that gets me in the groove.
It doesn't work nearly as often as I'd like, but every time it does it's another victory.
