We'll see how things go next week. They had a blue one that was cute but timid but that can be work around with some TLC. They also had other that where fawn that where playful which is what I'd like to get (I love a dog that plays). Hope they still have them next week and if I do get one its going to be female so Bubbie will accept her quicker then a male one.

So today I went to my dad's old work just to look around. I talked to the boss first, really relaxed and nice guy and easy to talk to. Then I met his "second-in-command", a woman I had heard about before...
I will now list things I'd rather do than have her as my immediate boss:
* Live under a bridge for the rest of my life
* Volunteer as a guinea pig for new, previously untested medicines
* Commit a crime and get living arrangements provided by the government
* Sell both kidneys plus liver
* Cheat the Russian mafia
* Knock off Fort Knox
* Build a ladder that can reach the moon, climb to said moon and live there
I could go on but I think you get the picture. This woman is not a nice person. As we walked there and looked at the place, and bear in mind I didn't even apply for a specific job, it felt like I had been taking days off without permission or something and she was scolding me for it. Now I understand that my dad and others had not exaggerated when they described her. She is not fit to be in charge because if you are, you do not need to behave like her *shudders*
I have dealt with difficult people before but I can't see myself working under her for even a week without getting charged with assault. I AM NOT KIDDING.
Feels like I need to punch someone...
