Phase 1 of kitchen demo underway. Ceramic tile is removed and the first opening is made in the floor- one joist is removed. One early reminder that I am not so youthful and that I have worked at a desk for a long time- but now the tingling in my arms has stopped- so all good.

We're applying something to the stairs so the ends are visible. Especially in the dark.

Thanks. I took it to the range today and fired it...then remembered why I HATE wooden grips. Tonight I'm going to buy a rubber grip for it and maybe somewhere down the road buy an extended barrel for it in either 45ACP or keep it at the 45LC/.410 but at a 4.25" barrel...We'll see.

This time its a 9MM SCCY. I traded the Derringer for it as it has a VERY hard trigger pull and for a self defense gun I need something that has a lighter trigger pull and not one where I'm fighting the pistol in order for it to fire.
