Damn straight and I�m not accepting it. Nor will I continue waiting for them to improve it. Goddammit I�m paying to have around 6 MB! I would accept half of it because that�s fast enough for me, but 0.37 is not half of 6!

Their customer service has been good though so I think I�m going back to hardwire broadband again. In any case, I�m not keeping what I have now.

I know you wanna get away from the wireless rays and all and that�s fine, but you have to put it up front like you did just now in order for the modem to get a good connection! And look!
