Not in such a good way. I helped my mechanic who is also my dad´s cousin pull up some rocks from a dry river so the water will have a better flow when it returns. It went well with no accidents, but it was still hard work.Later we had some pizza!

I've been on this team for two months. I'm still unsure as to what's expected of me. I make rookie mistakes and I'm clumsy and klutzy. No matter how fast I think I'm going, I'm going much slower, and when I quicken my pace, I make mistakes.
Dude, not everyone is a pro at thier job. They're still paying you, and haven't fired you, so you're obviously doing well enough that they're not letting you go or demoting you.
Don´t worry, Liz. If you do something wrong they´d tell you. But you can always ask them straight up; Did I do that ok?

I do, and when they go "Well, no, you were slow." or "You messed this up." I ask them how I can do it better, or what process they use, because maybe the way I'm doing it isn't the best way, and they always go "It doesn't matter."
Which makes me feel like they think I'm hopeless.

Liz - If they can´t tell you how to improve your work, don´t automatically think you´re the one doing things wrong. Maybe they just want to hassle with you. Do what I did: Just do your work and if someone complains just ask them what exactly you did wrong exactly and if they can´t answer that, well, then you probably didn´t do anything wrong. Because in my experience, if you really do mess up, you´ll know it
And you´re not hopeless. They are for not bothering to teach you the right way to do things. Or maybe that´s it; you are doing the right things and it bugs them.
I doubt they care too much if you're going slow or not. Don't let them get you down Liz. If they haven't demoted you, they're happy with your progress
