Most take shifts, like a group will take June, another July, another August.
Entire country slows down over summer. Some health centers shut down entirely. Psych clinic emergency line is unstaffed, I'd have to call a bigger city. Some places shut down entirely for a month, usually in July. You don't want a medical emergency during summer here.

Biggest harvest of smultron though coming. We managed to get netting up to keep the dang birds out of them.
