YooA, the master dancer of OhMyGirl and Lisa, YooA's counterpart in BLACKPINK have both worn caps in dance practice videos.
Conclusion: If someone is wearing a cap whilst dancing, they are a pro dancer.
And on that bombshell it's off to bed. We have another Thursday tomorrow and we gotta be sharp!

Looks like we have heat leakage issues and more ice on the roof.
Yet another ice dam. Sighs.

Ice is not supposed to be on roofs, it's supposed to be on lakes so you can go skating!

Delicious.
Heard from SIL today. I sent a text telling her how I felt and that I'll miss her. She replies with a heart. I can't expect her to English.
She replied to Mikael earlier too. Said she loved him and she was tired of being sick, can't go out, can't even sit upright without assistance. She has accepted her condition and now waits.
And so we wait.
Sakiri
Jan 22 2021, 06:56 PM
Alrighty.
What's up?
We got insulation issues and just had a meter of snow shoveled off the roof. ><

So get this.
I am still waiting for those things I ordered. For some reason Postnord sent them to a town 45 minutes from me. Now I got a notice reminding me to pick it up.
A notice. I got
a notice. To my mail box.
*breathes*
-WOULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN BETTER TO SEND ME THAT STUPID PACKET INSTEAD??
Sakiri
Jan 22 2021, 10:44 PM
Don't you love Postnord?
Heckin useless. I blame the Danes. Apparently the reason for the postal merger was they were broke and the suck has perched into Sweden's post too.
mirocu
Jan 23 2021, 09:07 AM
Yeah, it's a disaster. I actually had a bad feeling about that merger from the get-go.

I know; you have a pellet burner. I was just being silly
Sakiri
Jan 23 2021, 07:09 PM
I hates it.
Pellets so dang heavy. I want a heat pump. We can't afford one of those. We'd need a loan, and we can't afford that bill.
We need to reinsulate the attic. Maybe burn less pellets if we do that.

That's probably a very good idea.
Sakiri
Jan 23 2021, 08:37 PM
Yeah I'm groaning because it'll be expensive, but then I think of how expensive it'll be to NOT fix it. Roof shovelers said it looked like we have massive heat loss through the attic. :/
mirocu
Jan 23 2021, 08:49 PM
Insulating it is better in the long run so I'd say go for that.
As for us, I kinda wanna get both/either an air heater pump or whatever it's called in Inglish, or a toilet that freezes the stuff. Both is about 15-16000.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Sakiri
Jan 23 2021, 09:01 PM
Heat pump uses ground heat. Sister in law just last year took out a loan to have it installed so she didn't have to haul pellets anymore. Think it was over 100 grand.
I just can't carry pellets many more years. My back constantly hurts and these bastages weigh 16 kg each.
mirocu
Jan 23 2021, 09:08 PM
The pump I mean is the one you attach to the house and flows air into it and then heats it.
Sakiri
Jan 23 2021, 09:30 PM
Ah yeah I've seen those. We'd need more than one I'd imagine. And I'm not sure how well cutting a hole in the house would work. Our outside walls are full of sawdust for insulation. We probably need to top that up, plus reinsulate under the attic floor. You don't put insulation under the roof in the attic "ceiling" do you?
The heat pump I was talking about, my in laws have as well. It's dug in the ground and collects heat from there.

Yeah you could do that, if I understood you correctly. Or just on the attic floor as you said.
If your house isn't too big I think one of those pumps I meant would be enough, it would just be a bigger one than what we need. In fact, the couple who bought our house only got one pump but it's a really big one.
Sakiri
Jan 23 2021, 09:51 PM
House us like 63 sw meter or something ridiculously tiny.
We'll have someone look at the insulation. Do they do that in winter or should we try to book for summer? And who the heck would we call anyway?

Don't know, really. I have no experience in this, I'm afraid
QUOTE(Sakiri @ Jan 23 2021, 09:51 PM)

Think there are insulation firms who does that, or any good builder/carpenter like the guy we hired to build the framework for the tractor garage. Or you could do it yourself, just make sure to get the proper stuff.
Sakiri
Jan 23 2021, 10:24 PM
Can't do it myself, I can't fit through the hatch to get up there. Lol. Too fat.
