What's the occasion?
It's tradition here to have halfday at work before a semi-big holiday like Midsummer's Eve. At least at smaller work places like mine. Managed to talk boss into it this Monday though it wasn't really hard. He just agreed to it since, like I mentioned, it's tradition. But we could have had full day too if it was really needed.

Get to Stockholm Arlanda. They've got barriers up to regulate people flow. No one earlier than three hours is allowed to pass a certain point to check in and go through security because of congestion.
