As far as brick & mortar shopping goes, I keep mine to a bare minimum any more. Long gone are the days I enjoyed wandering Mall corridors for hours, blissfully looking through the shelves of favorite stores. Working retail cured me of that.

Nor do they badger me when I say no to their store card at checkout. Would all stores were like that.)
Thankfully, few retail chains are as pushy as we were forced to be.

Time was we had two huge stand-alone book stores, the Barnes & Noble, and two used book stores.) Best Buy too, though they don't carry as much stuff I'm interested in as they used to. Other than those, it's in and out.
(Did any quality classic music recording stores still exist, I'd definitely do a lot of browsing there, despite not having the hearing to justify purchases there. As it is, those store are all but extinct, and confined to the very largest cities.)
