Supposedly the people who live in hot climates believe that drinking hot drinks keep you cooler because they promote sweating. Khajiit would think sweating would come easy enough in the heat, but perhaps there is some merit to what they say.

The theory goes that a cold drink lowers your core temperature, so your body tries to warm up and maintain core temperature, while a warm drink increases your core temperature, so your body tries harder to cool down.
Which could mean that neither is really effective at cooling you down...
