I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of asking her if I could have a kiss. I had to set a good example and just do it on impulse. Otherwise she would make up excuses not to. Yeah, I'm such a horrible friend . . .

Funny thing is though it was weird, she still acted like nothing happened. We never flirted too much so that's why she wasn't expecting it. I wasn't either. I just randomely thought I should give it a go because my friend was too busy seducing all my other female friends tongue.gif. I had to jump in or be left out.

Well, this is different. Going up to a girl you don't know and kissing her is not called for, and will cause problems. I never told him to go out and do that. My mistake for not being specific.

See, there must be attraction and a friendly vibe. If you just met the girl, fifteen or twenty minutes in the conversation you go for it as long as you and her feel comfortable. Now, if the girl is resistant, showing negative signs and body language then he might as well forget it. Going for a kiss will result in a slap in the face or worse. Putting yourself in a situation where you could get hurt is never a good thing.

That's good advice, and you got off easy this time. Just....ugh. If you're going to take chances like that, at least don't get all grabby and gross with it. I try to keep my pool of friends tiny now, because I used to hang with a lot of dudes in highschool. Their girlfriends were cool until their guys started crushing on me.

Ugh. I had a guy friend once just, while we were...uh...not..smoking something...just all of a sudden attack me. Of course, being not-high, I thought it was hilarious until much later when he tried it again hanging out with some other friends. He ended up not speaking to me ever again because I told him I never gave him permission to touch me.

I try to keep my friends in this single file line with limited exposure, lol.

Remember how I said something about my husband's jeep and you said you had a "bad prediction??"

Well GUESS WHAT. hubby forgot to fill the radiator with water and it broke down on me as I was turning into the parking lot of his work to pick up our roommate. The wheel locked up and I nearly ran into a pole! I had to use all of my strength to turn the wheel as fast as I could to avoid crashing!! I ended up coasting into the parking lot and my friend running to the jeep to help me push it to a safe spot.

Thanks a lot!!! XD

Remember how I said something about my husband's jeep and you said you had a "bad prediction??"

Well GUESS WHAT. hubby forgot to fill the radiator with water and it broke down on me as I was turning into the parking lot of his work to pick up our roommate. The wheel locked up and I nearly ran into a pole! I had to use all of my strength to turn the wheel as fast as I could to avoid crashing!! I ended up coasting into the parking lot and my friend running to the jeep to help me push it to a safe spot.

Me too, can you imagine how entertaining that would be? I imagine it would take me at least 6 months to stop making the character do all kinds of obnoxious things that would get me banned off Live, lol.
