I'm the boss where I work so I don't really spend time with coworkers outside of work. Doing so is just begging for accusations of favoritism or worse. The people above me only drop by once in a while so I don't get much socialization on that front either.

My (former) husband was the total opposite of me politically; so political discussions were most def off the table in our house for the 16 years we were together. However, as a joke I used to donate money to my party's political campaign in his name so they would send him the thanks for it,
They sent him an 8X10 portrait of themselves (close-up of face looking into camera smiling) signed/autographed as thanks, as if he had donated a huge amount! I only donated 2.00 US dollars at the place where you buy your car tags! Boy was he fuming, I had trouble keeping a straight face! It was the best 2.00 US dollar I ever spent,

Well, nothing much here either. Killed a wasp in the morning and set up one of the traps in another location to hopefully catch more. Got a lot of them yesterday!
Later this evening I will see if I can remove some shallow rust on my 1858 and lubricate it again to keep it nice. It doesn´t have any bad rust but what it has was caused by me not cleaning it correctly after using it the first time, and I want to rectify my error.
