Camping is mandatory to get your health back whenever you can at this point and you wouldnīt get far without it as you would still encounter more enemies

I focused heavily on Strength and Willpower in the beginning. I wanted to be able to kill enemies fast and I wanted to be able to often use my Health spell.

Well Benethor has a high willpower and intelligence already, thanks to his race. However being a rogue he can't actually use these powers, instead he's been levelling his agility and speed as well as buffing his low strength and endurance up a bit
So far, so good.
I misspoke a bit. I focused on Intelligence in the beginning, Willpower is partly for resisting spells.
Enjoy leveling while you can. When you get up to 15-20 or so itīs gonna be further and further in between as you require so much more XP by then
