That stinks. See is setting the video quality lower helps, since I'm recording off a PS4 Pro the video quality is a full 1080P HD maybe that's why its always buffering.

I choose 480 and even then it doesn't want to. Can't fathom why.

Yeah. I can watch other vids just fine in 720P but Reaper's in 480 just gives me short bursts so to speak.
