Personally, I'm not really that interested in most Marvel films at this point. After all these films, they've only got a single established villain? Seeing an established, well-known hero deal with a one-shot, disposable villain is tiresome.

Welp, Khajiit's first thought was that they are blood worshippers, revering the power of blood to both bring life and take it away. They would perform bloodletting rituals and wear armor with lots of spikes and sharp edges. Their leader is basically their highpriest and believes it is his duty unite the wasteland by blood!
Make them combat sadomasochists, blare classical music as they butcher hapless people and have all of them be tattooed from the jaw down and you have yourself a bonafide Ulenian horde. NICEU NICEU VERY NICEU CHESHIRE-SAN

That's funny because some times when combing his hair, Khajiit misses when it was long enough to braid! Only sometimes though, it was a hassle the majority of the time. The girls liked playing with it though, so that was a plus!
