Monday sucks.
For me Tuesdays suck even more. Mondays are at the foot of the hill where you're not yet tired and Wednesdays are when you're at the top and it's just downhill from there. But Tuesdays are somewhere in the middle where you've become tired but are not yet at the top where you can relax before the way down to the weekend.
