No, as our boss has taken up a habit of not showing up on Fridays anymore (he's 81 this year), I figured that since I have plenty space in my building for once, I'm gonna park my car there first thing tomorrow, open all the doors and let it thoroughly thaw and dry!

Well poot! Got an email from my clinic, the equivalent of the proverbial 'letter on the mantle'. According to them, the bulk of the state's C19 vaccine allocations are going to Pharmacies, not clinics / hospitals. As of now, no further vaccinations are being scheduled. Their only recommendation, try a local pharmacy.
I contacted three:
Walmart Pharmacy (a live person on the phone!) says to call again a week from now, the soonest they'll know when more vaccine is available. No mention of being placed on a list.
One dedicated Pharmacy chain (web access only, no direct phone contact for vaccine scheduling) lists several of their statewide Pharmacies that handle C19 vaccines. None are anywhere close to me.
One dedicated, truly local Pharmacy (web access only for Vaccine scheduling) let me fill out and submit an application online. Haven't gotten a reply.
So much for being in Phase 1B and getting vaccinated ahead of most people.

Not surprising, I usually drop on my butt to do stuff too. Getting back up without putting weight on the front of my knees is an art form, I'll tell ya.
As a side note, I'm in phase 2 for vaccination if I want it because my husband is in phase 2. I feel obligated despite not wanting to get a rushed vaccine. Of course, it'll still probably be a few months because we have only gotten less than 4 thousand doses so far, and no one in my county has gotten their second one yet.

Palliative care. Ease of suffering for terminally ill patients. Typically comfy rooms and lots of pain meds. The whole goal is to make you as comfortable as possible until your end.

Yeah, in more ways than one. Sad to see, especially as there are no solid, viable alternatives. The few small competitors that exist don't attract a big enough audience to matter. Right now they largely attract those creators who YouTube had decided to shun, rather than a broad spectrum of interests. I'm glad shunned creators find homes there, whether I like / agree with their content or not, but it'll take more than those to attract a general audience big enough to made daily visits worthwhile.

Two of ours don't work and bleeding them didn't help.
Might have to call in someone to see if maybe the thermostats are busted or the pipes are clogged up with gunk.

What I had to do since bleeding them didn't help either was to unscrew and remove the thermostat and gently push down the pin inside and make sure it springs up again. Had to do it a few times but I got all of them to work that way.
If it's busted we need to replace the thermostat. I don't know the first thing about these bliming things, I grew up with forced air, natural gas heat.
Well, the only natural gas I have experience with is - Eh, never mind.
