They tend to be quite rare as "random" encounters. That shot is from fairly far along into the Main Quest, playing as a non-werewolf.

You will also get some set-piece ones during "Siege of the Skaal Village" which happens before this one. And then, once you are actually in the finale, there are a bunch.

Treydog...That armour's funky!...I do like the armour design in these games...Well, except for the ebony in Skyrim...That was so not as nice as the Oblivion ebony armour...

However, the wandering around as a Dwarven tank was always pretty funky... biggrin.gif ...

Were the Were-wolves harder than other enemies then?...I never had much trouble killing that bunch in Skyrim's Solstheim expansion, but then again, J'zirlo took out a dragon in less than ten seconds...He didn't have much trouble with anything... wub.gif biggrin.gif ...I miss him something stupid... laugh.gif ...Yes, I could start playing him again, but that would require making A Plan™, Making Notes As I Play™ and, most importantly, Sticking To Said Plan™ for it to work...

The phrase, I'm eating Minstrels at an unhealthy hour of the morning conjures so many wrong ideas that I shall not mention it again...

I've got plenty of games with more than one tiny scratch on them, a lot of my games are preowned, and they all still work.

Personal experience in situations like this is pretty much meaningless, the whole thing's a crapshoot more dependent on luck than anything else.

Meh, Iīm not saying that kind of carts would be defendable today. I like games on DVDs, but I also like carts because I can do so much with them and I almost donīt even need to be careful. A little cleaning and an eraser on those contact points and the game probably wonīt fail me again until 2050.. tongue.gif

I know what you mean about cartridges. DS and 3DS games are the next best thing to indestructible, unless you actually set out to destroy them. You could probably throw one off a cliff, and it'd be fine. laugh.gif

Ah, but the NES game broke when dropped from the carpark. Sure, the game still worked, but the casing broke.

With a DS/3DS game, there wouldn't be so much as a scratch.

The point was the game survived and could be used. The casing can be replaced, if desired cool.gif

And just to give you an idea of the size, a DS game is about 3.5cm from top to bottom.

3DS looks the same but is a slightly different shape and a different colour.

Well, those carts are so small and light and that in itself protects from falling damage. A Gameboy cart would probably not getting any damage either smile.gif

It's a turn-based strategic RPG, a little light on the strategy side, but I love that game biggrin.gif

On the armor- Callidus is correct- Imperial Templar cuirass and greaves, Imperial steel for the boots, gauntlets, pauldrons, and helmet. And yes- each of those is a separate piece.

Although "collecting" was easy as they are awarded for gaining rank in the Legion...

Because Athlain is underpowered... (I always play my story characters that way, to give them a challenge)... the werewolves in Solstheim can be difficult. Esp. since the 10 of them in Skaalara tend to catch your character at a 4-way intersection and swarm him.... blink.gif
