I believe Cheshire posted a list not too long ago, some of the ones there were pretty good. Can't remember which ones though, so I'll simply have to listen to them all again
Any album from Once back is good (Century Child, Wishmaster, Angels Fall First, and if you can find it, Over the Hills and Faraway). Stay away from Dark Passion Play and Imaginarium. Anything after those two Khajiit can't help you with because he's never listened to them.
