What the ....
Was sitting at the computer desk watching YT videos maybe an hour ago. All of a sudden, I realized that my neck did not hurt at all. It wasn't even sore. Nor was it stiff in any way. It felt healthy.

It's been good many years since my neck last felt totally fine. I sat there, basking in wellness, afraid to move an inch lest I trigger a return to normal. Alas, maybe ten minutes later mild stiffness and soreness returned. To the plus, even now my neck doesn't bother me nearly as much as usual!
Two possible explanations come to mind. ONE: Maybe my recent breakfast-food change causes less inflammation than the fruit & oatmeal breakfast I've eating for some years. TWO: four-five days ago I added two new exercises to my daily routine. Both are touted as lessening, possibly correcting, the stooped shoulders and neck so many elders, myself included, suffer from. I take these claims with a grain of salt. But, it must be said that when I stand in front of a mirror (not a pretty sight), I seem to be slightly less stooped. My original thought was that I am simply fooling myself. But, if my neck continues to feel better, maybe there's something to it?
