Two of my sisters live there. I haven't been there myself, but gathered it was pretty pleasant weather-wise for them to both move there.

Yes, you can't steer the horse for some reason when the default idle is playing (which it does automatically after 15 seconds).
Don't know anything about DR, sorry.

If you've kept riding it out of stamina, it's now scared of you. When you're riding it, just go steady, don't go overboard and you'll eventually get a message saying that it's now your faithful companion...Mine follows me everywhere!...

In Oblivion - it is a mod that has your characters and NPC's do different idles when they are not busy.
(Example, rests one hand on their sword hilt or hip; or in Buffy's case it might be to put both hands on her hips).
The player also head-tracks in 3rd person; if some NPC passes them they will watch the NPC passing or turn their head to someone stopping to speak with them.

Needless to say, the lawn mower will have to find its own way home....

We were running late for the movie last night, so I got pushed out of the vehicle to go buy tickets while parking and refreshments were arranged. There was no one but me at the outdoor counter. Me and a very curious bee. I rushed up with cash in hand only to immediately perform a strange and urgent dance in front of about seven bored teenagers behind the glass. Eventually one of them opened their little slot long enough for me to run past and make the money/ticket exchange without getting stung. Saying “There was a bee” after such a spectacle does exactly nothing to restore one’s personal dignity.
At least they didn’t laugh until I went inside. Or maybe they just felt sorry for me.
