So I have spent the last 2 days removing computer equipment from the offices of those who are "no longer with this organization."

And it was all fine- the picking up of towers and monitors, the crawling about in the floor disconnecting things, the loading and unloading of the van...

Until the very last stop of the day, when I was looking to make sure the laptop I was picking up for a new person was the correct machine. I crouched down in the floor to check the item number and apparently did some sort of ... urgh... twisting movement that my lower spine found objectionable.

And now I find I need to walk as if I am 30 or so years older than I am, with a definite... "forward tilt."

Dangit.

We now return to our regularly-scheduled madness.

And well yes- who DOESN'T find angry, butt-kicking redheads highly appealing? I also married one, after all....

I have discovered I have developed a complete aversion to motorways...

We're off to Robin Hood country this weekend...(The place/town/village/etc that legend has it that Robin and Marian lived, got married...etc...)...I have a choice...2hr 20mins-ish if I go the motorway way...Or just over 3hrs to go the pretty way...

Cold terror at the thought of messing up on the motorway junctions has me picking the pretty way...

I should just man-up and do the motorway, at least on the way there they'll be reasonably empty of traffic at that time of the morning...But...Terror... indifferent.gif ...

Now all is...Scary...

It's a long time since I lived in the UK, but I remember that the same thing was noticed with immigrants from India and Pakistan who make it at a lower rate, so chapati flour was Vitamin D enriched so that the target population got extra, but everyone else didn't. If it's a general population issue now, just put it in the milk, like the USA does.
