Impy, Is C25K couch to 5k?
If so it's great that your doing something to get fit. I box three times a week and it's hard work but great fun and rewarding. You'll probably find u sleep better and feel happier. After all, exercise does release endorphins(?) which make you feel more positive

C25K generally means couch to 5 kilometers (running), I believe... It's basically a program to get anyone fit

And you're right, I do always feel more positive after it, apparently we(I'm doing the C25K with my Mam) have to take breaks sometimes so today we're taking a break(it's gonna rain by the looks of it so we made a good choice!) then continue tomorrow.

Pet peeve: I hate it, hate hate hate when my other half won't make eye contact. Like, when we're alone and I'm sitting opposite of her, she makes good eye contact. When I sit beside her, she won't even look in my eyes once! I can't kiss my girl when she's not looking at me. I'm not trained for that [censored] (crap). It's like she's scared to fall in something so.simple as a kiss.

Personally, I've been taught to NEVER ask a girl if I can kiss her. As the male, I must naturally lead. But damn, she's just driving me nuts with her aloofness. I don't want to go in caveman style. /sigh
