And what if the nine divines and all the daedra are just the government(maybe the enclave, brotherhood of steel, or a new form of government that are clashing with one and other) that present themselves as a supernatural force to strike fear and manipulate the people living on earth, and to make sure nobody remembers the past so they don't rebel and the government lose it's ultimate control over the people?
