"Not as rough as that bear!" I teased.
She laughed. 6 hours until closing.
This would make an interesting book. Do your customers really do that kind of stuff?

The guy who told me he's stalking me.

This is the same company, btw. I've worked for them for a year. You're nuts if you think this book isn't happening.

I miss my job as a balloon artist.
Before you ask, I made balloon animals for a living. That's what that is, lol.
Once I get the kinks worked out on the setting (Do I want it to be about me or a character, the age, etc etc) then I'll start.
For now, I'll deal with fanfiction because it's allowing me to see what I lack.

When your a woman, people are a bit nicer too you. When your a man, especially if your me, you get really nasty stuff thrown at you, and really mean insults, over a pack of cigarettes or a chocolate bar.

I don't see the big issue here, Rob. It is only a second profile. I honestly do not believe that everyone
should know about my dual identities, but I mentioned it anyways once and left it at that. People who read LL stories and my stories will know that we are the same people due to the writing styles and cameo characters, etc.
Yes, we differ in our philosophies. Tremendously so, but I still respect you and those comments were nothing but simple pokes at you. My way of teasing with people I should say. So I apologize if it seemed anything beyond a simple joke. Since I know we into those tiresome debates about good vs evil, dark vs light and yadda yadda.
In Colonel's story I posted two different reviews. I don't think there is a problem with that. But most of them are when he posts two chapters. I read one as DE, and the other as LL. Not an issue at all.
I never lied to anyone. I didn't go out and say that I am not LL. But neither did I deny any comments people made about me. It's just not that big of an issue for me to try and write it all in a huge paragraph. I mentioned it once and if a person didn't read it, well, that's unfortunate. I for one am not going to be expecting everyone to know about it.
There is no internet/forum law that dictates each profile must be replied to in a certain way due to it being one person. It is not a big of a deal at all.

I have dual profiles on the Bethesda forums: one which I use for Fallout forums and one which I use for my fanfics on there. I don't know why I do it, but I see them as two different worlds so it seems appropriate somehow.
That being said, I do agree with McBadgere ONLY on the fact that it would be a bit confusing commenting on the same thread with the two profiles. Got nothing against it, I just understand his point.

I created this account because people often miswrote my previous name. In one memorable event, I got called URINEastram, instead of the usual tongue-twister ureniastram. You could probably guess how I felt at that. Its still here in the Coffee Shop, I'd wager. You could search for it I guess.

The big deal to me is the elaborate and deliberate deception you created by posting as two people. I’m talking about replying to yourself and referring to yourself in posts as if you are two people. That’s a lie to me, plain and simple. You can go back and edit as many posts as you like in an effort to cover your tracks, but that still doesn’t make it less of a deception.
The other issue is credibility. Some of us here post genuine replies as if the other people here are in fact real people as opposed to personas. You are of course free to treat the whole forum as your personal RP if it suits you. Just as I have the option to be thoroughly disgusted when someone treats me, the person, like a toy in their private game.
No one can be sure what’s on another person’s mind, even when they say what they
say they’re thinking. But I’ll give you this thought, just as it has come to my mind several times since the wisdom tooth discussion: Just how stupid does DELL think I am?

Oh wait, I didn't understand at first that this is what was being done? It really doesn't bother me because i haven't been around long enough to garner an opinion, but I can understand where you're all coming from now.
It's kind of abusing trust IMO, as now anyone could be anyone. Like (just an example) I could also have Grits as a profile and nobody would know apart from me. Obviously i'm not Grits (or am I?? ;-) haha) but I finally understand the whole deception thing.
Just have the one profile dude. Saves on the confusion.

Since this concern seems to be festering rather than fading, perhaps the airing of views may actually help to move beyond it. My humble two septims:
There are those here who quickly recognized the deception, since the writing of both profiles is with the same style, voice and distinctive pattern of errors. We are, after all, a community with many writers. . . . I suspect that this group rolled their eyes with annoyance and treated both profiles with some distance due to the deceit.
Then there are those here who, due to wonderfully trusting natures, were in fact, deceived. I imagine they are quite unhappy and feel rather like their trust has been rewarded by being treated like pawns.
This can be a warm and caring community, but the path to undo any damage here begins with an admission that this was indeed an elaborate, sustained deception and that people do not appreciate being deceived. Humility and a heartfelt apology, free of excuses or qualifiers, could then go a long way toward softening hearts. Discontinuing use of the second profile would be positive and concrete evidence that perhaps the valuable lessons that can be gleaned here have been learned.
It is ironic that good judgment and wisdom can come from exercising bad judgment - if we learn from the experience. Who here has not made mistakes or poor choices on occasion?

Masquerading is such a strong word. But there are other members here with two profiles, and you and they even mentioned it, yet to issue was raised. I simply didn't want to make a big fuss about it. To me, I didn't insult anyone, hurt anyone or did anything bad. All I did was create a second profile.

Well, I do apologize if it seemed that way to you. You've seen my comment on King Coin's Aravi video thread with two profiles, but I didn't see much of an issue there. Since he reads both of my stories in different profiles, it wouldn't be fair if I commented on his with a single profile, would it? One of the reasons I created the second profile. Not to deliberately lie or deceive anyone, but create my own story on a seperate account. I wouldn't even have done it knowing it would create such a tumultous.

Ah, well, you quickly knew my error patterns. But I did PM you once stating that all of the stories(including one on the seperate account) was mine. So no deception was there.

I believe they are, after what I've seen happen. Everyone is different. If I found out someoone with two profiles, it wouldn't bother me. I would shrug it off since it is no concern of mine if he's running around with two accounts. Unless he deliberately did something, as create a he-said and she-said scenario to cause chaos for other members, then it would be a problem. But I did it for the sake of having two accounts for safety issues and since I didn't want to overload one account with three different stories at once. People might overlook one for the other, etc. Again, I apologize.

You are right. From the point of views of others, I truly have done wrong, so I take full responsibility for my actions. So I apologize gain and I admit that there was deception since the individuals in this matter were deceived, no doubt about it, and that none appreciate the lie.
I will discontinue the second profile, and post all my stories in a single account only for the sake of avoiding further deception. You guys are friends, and none of you deserved this, so once again, I do apologize. It won't happen again.
It is done. This fight is over. It would be wise for us not to continue this, since this is a community of friends instead of enemies. I would not want it to be worse than it already is. My reputation has been tarnished enough.

Glad to hear that your boss finally touched base. Must have made for an interesting shift, what with the not knowing. If you want a little advice on your proposed book then I would say that you should definitely come at it from the point of view of a character. Make her like you without being you. That way you can step outside of the first person to see the macro... instead of writing in the cocoon of your own head.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean that you shouldn’t write the story in first person. The needs of the story will dictate the point of view. What I’m saying is that, if you are the main character, then the tendency is to short change the other characters. The jerk eyeballing your chest probably has an interesting backstory too.

Stephan is romantic, alway falls in love with at least one woman (per show, not per episode). He has an ego, yes - but in a German accent even ego sounds good. He is only acerbic with men, with women he is a kitty cat. Literally. I've heard him purr. And don't forget ... he can cook.

For the swollen arm you can use a hot wet washcloth, wring it out and put it over where you had the shot. They give children those hepatitis shots, they are safe enough. That typhoid shot - I don't know anything about it. Best stay with your sister tonight, go to the doctor or hospital if you don't get feeling any better.
