Here's Alise and Jerric in the Stinky Fish Tavern (I know, it's the Fish Stink in game, but we prefer Stinky Fish). That was how the party started. We talked about weather, wardrobes (or in Jerric's case, half-wardrobes), and booze. Then Buffy logged on, and got herself invited to the kaffeeklatsch. Or should I say drinking bout? Shortly after that, Haa Rei was able to join us, and we had a wonderful time.

Unfortunately, though we kept an eye out, mALX was not online, or we would have invited her, too! She was missed . . .

Oh I'm so glad you got some pictures. These are great! You even got the pets. I was having a terrible time fumbling the keyboard + controller while Jerric worried about stepping on someone every time he had to get turned back in the right direction. Lol, there is definitely a size difference in evidence. Buffy's chalice would hold about half of a sip for Jerric, if he knew how to sip.

I absolutely love that Haa-Rei has some reading material in hand!

These are Awesome! And Holy Cow, Jerric is HUGE! I didn't notice him being that big the one time Bubba saw him, but he is even towering over Alise here! Wow !!!

And Haa-Rei looks a little thicker on here than on his console life, and bluer? But it is so exciting to finally see him coming this close to meeting Misa, she can't wait to see him!

He's as skinny as possible, and exactly the same colour. I think the lighting might be giving him a slightly different hue.

Meanwhile I've been scrambling for materials to make up for my constantly depleting supply. One good thing that came from that is that Eolan got two Yokudan motifs for his collection. Only...6 more to go for him! 11 more total. I'm still holding out on a full motif book so I can hand out the ones I got for Dravean and I can quit searching forever. But I did the same for Glass and every other motif with an extremely rare chance to drop a book so *shrugs*

Okay, well - I found ESO's "Test" area. They had them in Oblivion and Skyrim too, and I liked to go there and see everything available in game = give it a whirl, lol.

The diff in ESO is, they send the "Test Area" to the player once they access it, so you can't pick or choose what you want - it floods your inbox and inventory till you are bursting at the seams from it! Every armor/weapon in game, everything!

They also give you 10 Million dollars and access to every skill in the game plus all skill points that you would have if you got all the skyshards. You haven't gotten the skyshards, they are still in the world - but you don't get any added points for finding them, because you already have all available when you start, lol.

So right now (temporarily, since all this goes away when the Beta Testing is over) - right now I am wearing a full set of Leviathan and a full set of Toothrow; and carrying Maelstrom and Master weapons. Didn't save me from two giant scorpions, though;

Psst. . . I think the scorpions also know where the test area to appropriately equip themselves is. . . .

Nice catch for Eolan! I've just seen my first Yokudan shield (Way of Fire). Now I am even more in love with that style.

We were pretty aimless today. Mira and Feng did some resource collecting so Mira could do some writs. Mira also went down into the Inner Sea Armature and got nothing of note. Created what Khajiit considers to be the creepiest looking Argonian Sorcerer ever to hold some glyphs and jewelry from the bank, and also rerolled Geru as a Breton instead of a Redguard. Might change her back though. Haven't decided.

Haa-Rei arrived in Daggerfall today, and it's good to be back. While Stros m'Kai and Betnikh both have their charms, the rolling hills and thick forests of High Rock really take some beating. We managed to clear the public dungeon in the region and completed all the quests in the city so we can spend more time wandering the woods.

As for other business, our search for Dwemer motifs and Briarheart jewellery continues. Guild stores are letting us down on this particular occasion, but we shall keep trying.

We find The Daggerfall Covenant lands to be quite beautiful!

Okay, so I went to my house across from Riften - gorgeous place, you know I've always loved that area! Anyway, I crafted two stables = one for Puffy and the other for visitors. Crafted a well for water, two hay wagons, a sack of grain to feed the horses, crafted a bunch of stuff to set around for decor = urns, etc. Oh, and a bunch of different pillows, too!

I can make a lot, but not what as much of what I want to make as I would like.

Example: I can craft Redguard Kabobs and Nord Carrot Soup in a pot. Awesome !!! Those are both items that I have used at every house!

But carrots, apples, bananas, grapes, and meals on plates to decorate the house with - no. Can't do it. And I think they haven't provided for it, because in the Test area I supposedly got ALL the plans. I couldn't make buckets or horse troughs either. And all of these are things I use every house to decorate with.

And Misa actually only found three "recipes" in 3 days; the only reason I'm able to do all this is because I accessed the Test area this time; and it gives you everything. On the real server, it might take a LONG time to find recipes for all that stuff I made.

But it was a lot of fun making that stuff and setting it up in the houses! I took some screens, I'll post them some other time.

Well don't fret mALX, if they learn they missed something Zenimax could go back with a patch and add things in. So if something isn't there now, don't worry, it may come later!

A friend from a dead RP guild recently came back because of housing after a long time of leaving the game and he flipping found Aetherial Dust I'm so salty.

He's trying to make gold for housing so good for him. still salty about his luck tho

I heard that the price of furnished houses via the Crown Store will be double the price of the houses. I don't see how they could do that, but if true - it will effect which house I buy, and also how I do this. I had been planning to buy furnished from the Crown Store and then slowly replace the furniture they put in with stuff I either bought or crafted with my gold. If the Crown Store prices are off the charts, that plan is out.

Actually the Crown Store does have some reasonable prices on the plain stuff; just not really desirable items. Example - a plain chair is 10 gold (about the lowest price for any of their furnishings) - but a fancy chair is 400 (about the highest price for any furnishings via the Crown Store). They have decent common ones for 50; or 150 for medium prettiness.

What is too high is for the food = 50 Crowns per 1 apple, etc.

That's pretty crazy!

Yes, and it kind of doesn't make sense that you can buy a whole wagon for 50 Crowns, or just one apple for the same price, lol.

They knew everyone was going to want to decorate their house with food, so are really pushing it. And ... I haven't found a recipe to craft the apple, either. So it is possible that they are going to play that card too - what we really want won't be craftable.

Example: You can craft the lower to medium beds, but have to buy the fancy upper class ones.

Mira did better in the Inner Sea Armature today. Found a Dwemer Bow motif chapter and many style stones including a piece of Dwemer scrap. Surprising how little of that stuff drops.

and you need to collect 10 bits of scrap to turn them into 1 style material. The style is worth it though - looks great.

I haven't seen it yet. I used to sell every bit of my Dwemer, but once Misa got her Master level in Blacksmithing and Clothier - I started saving it so I could make it for others.

Yeah, this one knows. Khajiit can see it taking a while to get enough style material to make a set of Dwemer stuff.

Strangely enough, the ruler Khajiit was most familiar with during Mira's foray into the main quest waa Queen Ayren(sp?), thanks to Fengs completion of the Auridon Aldmeri Dominion quests. Rahzam Dar is probably this ones favorite character, especially after the quip he made after Mira and Galerion were done talking to the queen in her throne room!

Well, this isn't your character verses the world, this is the world coming together to fight Molag Bal. Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, all the Alliances, and anyone you have helped along the way will be beside you to take on this battle - you are just one of many. It is so very cool the way they did this. So, the more questlines you have completed, the more help you will have up there; and the more familiar the faces you fight alongside.





Oh, and yes - I LOVE Rahzam Dar !!! I was so surprised to see him in the DLC's! That made my day!

Might have something to do with the recent changes to accounts. I think I remember getting a message about Steam accounts and ESO+ this morning on the launcher? Can't say how to fix it, though.

Yeah, there was something about it on a launcher message. Check the forums, see if anyone's discussing it.

It is an issue that ZOS is aware of and supposedly they are fixing it. Will check it again tomorrow to see if it is back to normal.

Haa-Rei hit CP rank 160 at last, so now we've started doing daily Wrothgar delves for the Briarheart set. With regards to alliance quests, we're making good progress through the Daggerfall Covenant - about 50% done with Stormhaven.

Our daily trips to the Inner Sea Armature are also paying off. We've got some spare Dwemer motifs (legs and gloves) if anyone needs them - Haa-Rei would very much like a Dwemer chest or shoulder motif if anyone happens upon one in their travels.

I've seen official forum threads about the ESO+ acting up, although mine's been working fine.

Congrats to Haa-Rei! Buffy is loving being over CP160 when it comes to gear.

This one is happy to confirm that ES:O+ is back to normal. They even had the decency to move any crafting materials that were stored in the bank for inventory management purposes back to the crafting bag!

Congrats to Haa-Rei on CP160! It's such a relief to know that the stuff you find is the stuff you can keep. Chest and shoulders is easy to remember, I'll check back with you if any of mine find them. Inner Sea Armature will be a regular stop once I'm back.
