The jester trees have been sitting in the furnisher's inventory since homestead launched, so I'd assume they'd stick around a bit longer. Not sure though.
Haa-Rei still needs the throne recipe. Still plenty of time to get it but...I'd prefer sooner than later.

IIRC one of the devs confirmed that the trees will stick around after the event.
Anyways, funny how a lot of people seemed to have gotten the Camoran Throne recipe early on and it never dropped again. I got 2 on the same day and haven't seen one since. :V
EDIT: Frick me I got it on the last box for today.
So I'm getting Eolan to start farming for materials again since he's running low on Rubedite and he still needs the achievement. Good thing too cause he's put on weight from not much to do it's bulking season.

oh my jesus so I got the last few Abah's Watch motifs i needed for the Squad and apparently you can't grind the Undaunted skill line past 9 with only the daily quests, so until the Anniversary event I'm done with Daily Hell.
Except the TG heists. And DB daily (though I'm tempted to quit because the Motif droprate is gross) And the Jester's Festival.

Misa was adding some new things to the Chorrolite Guild Hall yesterday and was tickled to get Jerric's help setting some of them up there!
Other than that, Misa and crew have been running back and forth around the Jester Festival sites and looting their chests due to the high drop rate of furnishing plans and purple quality motifs they have!
As for the Festival itself = It was fun, but I am pretty much over playing through the quests (though still need that "Throne" recipe, so am continuing to do at least the Auridon quest with each character).
That said: Misa still enjoys tossing cherry blossoms on people and setting off the fireworks = that never gets old!
Another thing that never gets old is that hilarious Jester personality! This week I saw:
1. A "Jester" running from a guard with that particular run; and doing that hilarious laugh every time the guard hit him! I was in hysterics!
2. Someone in a skeleton morph using the Jester personality! Seeing a skeleton doing that walk and those poses = there can't be anything much funnier than that !!!!
All in all, this festival had some fun things that I really enjoyed!
The down side: The Banners. I started off excited and loving them = till I found out they were bound to the account so you can't bestow them on others; and that the game gave me well over 80 of them! Grrrr. What the LFH am I going to do with all those banners?

@monkeyemoness - those drawings are amazing!

Ervesa reached level 30 today in a truly epic way...
So our bank stash has been filled up with various surveys lately. Ervesa, tired of this, took a stack and went exploring. On the way, she's been grabbing nearby waystations, landmarks and... dolmens.
There's one dolmen off the shore of Greenshade, near one of the survey locations. Ervesa swam there just as it cleared. Oh well, tough luck, she's happy to sit around and wait for it to reactivate. Thankfully, the bunch of high-level characters who just cleared it are hanging around. Maybe they want another go?
Okay. Ervesa tries and fails to find a fishing spot (it's an island, how doesn't it have any??), explores a bit. For some reason, the high-level characters are running around as a gang attacking mudcrabs. Whatever. Maybe they're bored?
Finally, the dolmen goes active again. A bunch of worm cultists show up. Ervesa, who is not up to soloing a dolmen, waits in the background for the other players to show up. They do and...
...run past in order to attack more mudcrabs.

RIGHT THEN.
After a few minutes (and a few more appearances by our intrepid mudcrab hunters), another player shows up. They actually go for the dolmen. Ervesa, who is glad that FINALLY someone is going to DO SOMETHING about Molag Bal attempting to conquer Tamriel LOOKING AT YOU CP 200-something OVER THERE, joins in.
Which is how she beat a dolmen with only one other person! Admittedly said other person prooobably did most of the work but Ervesa is still justly proud of herself. The lowest number of companions she's ever had when dolmening was three. The fact that the XP for clearing it knocked her into level 30 is the icing on the cake.
And she still doesn't know what was up with the mudcrab hunters.

I saw them too when Julian was up there. We watched them closely for a while before we figured out they're a bot train. One character/account is controlling the other three. How could I tell? They never stopped to loot. The three followers moved in exactly the same path as the leader - pixel by pixel. And when Julian lured the Daedra toward them in hopes of getting some support, they fought until one died, then all ported away. Julian gave up waiting for REAL support and left, and saw that same group swimming toward the island from the nearest wayshrine.
Yup, bots.

So it seems Buffy can wake up now and change her magicks as easily as she changes her hairstyle. Indeed, she can now swap readily between Buffy Dawnchild (magplar healer) and Buffy the Small (pet magsorc).
I am amazed that things quite clicked this past week allowing us to shift from one to the other rather seamlessly and that, after some patience and study, the magsorc is both strong and fun. This is rather new ground for us, playing two characters - even though both are simply variants of the same.
The templar is more nurturing and sturdy enough to charge in to help others - able to heal through any damage she takes in the process. The sorc puts out notably more damage and can even burst heal others (twilight matriarch) but hides behind her clannfear and robust magical shielding. Her winged twilight is Drusilla and her clannfear is Spike. Superian, Acadian and Kitsune remain constant of course.
The sorc is actually our first character. She started life as a bow/bow stamsorc, then respec'ed to a semi-retired magsorc crafter and has now fully blossomed as an adventuring magsorc. So, though she's slightly behind the templar in game, she's been around longer.
Their appearance (aside from everchanging hairsyles and costumes) is identical. The sorc crafts gear and the templar crafts consumables.

So yesterday I decided to take all 7 of my active characters to do the Jester quests with the thought that it was the last chance. Turns out it was true, maybe. Too bad I mostly got banners, flower branches and dazzlers. I still needed one of each purple recipe to be "done" but wygd. I guess if I really want them I'll buy them down the line.
I can't believe I even got that replay of Eolan in on it. I'm probably going to delete him soon. I stopped halfway through Rivenspire.
Oh, right! I also got enough for an Attuneable Clothier Station! Basically I got two 50-ish voucher woodworking wrtis, one of which Hates couldn't do because Kagrenac and the other being flipping Armor Master itself. So I gave the Kag one to the Crafting Monkey, leaving Hates and Jo to continue saving up for their Ebony motif. Only a WW station to get Armor Master, though!
Anyways, thanks for the comments on the art, guys. I'm glad it gives as much joy as I have making it.

Good to hear you got what you needed, hazmick. With only 2 weeks to get things, it really put the pressure on the last few days. I managed to get 1 more Camoran Throne recipe but sadly no Jewels. Hope everyone got at least one set of the stuff.
Congrats to Jerric and Elke for finally reaching the communal level pool. Always a relief tbh.
So I got everyone ready for 2 weeks of turbo-crafting. THe Squad were already doing all 3 equipment writs, but as of today I expanded it to the consumables as well. Wouldn't you know it, I'm suffering from inventory hell now. :V
I'm probably not doing much outside of crafting writs, but who knows. I went back on my word for the Jester's Festival. Motifs seem to drop regularly from the boxes. (I got 5 Lion Fangs from the first one, too! If only Eolan wasn't short on Rubedite...)
Now I gotta figure out a system that distributes the motifs evenly among the squad. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to finish every single one on all 3 characters, so it's best to focus my efforts to get the most out of them. Eolan only needing the woodworking ones and Hates needing all of them but throws a wrench in the even distribution part.
Either way, each one has 5 motifs to focus on and 3 that are left out for whoever gets it (Dwemer is mostly done, and Xivkin is relatively cheap, and Glass can be accessed by everyone).
I may need to make a new mule.

Ack! I just realised I forgot to thank you for the blossom rune box + the recipes you sent me.

Er, thank you! The blossom rune box arrived and will be made use of - Ervesa has quite enjoyed throwing flowers at people in Auridon and doesn't want to stop, lol.
In fact, in an ironic twist, just after yours arrived one dropped for my troop (who weren't really doing a lot of the festival quest - Adryn looked at the pig and she
refuses - so I wasn't expecting one.) Sooo if you want it back I can send it back, or else if anyone else doesn't have one yet I'll be happy to pass it on.
Also, Jerric building a tree-house is a lovely mental image. Him doing it dressed like he is in the monthly screenshot is both lovely and hilarious.

In other news, I already had three motifs drop from anniversary boxes.

That is a pretty good drop rate right there. My lot will be joining in the turbo-crafting, I believe - it's so much faster than the guild dailies (says Ervesa, out of breath from three dolmens and sneaking through a public dungeon to grab a book).

I've seen more motifs in an hour or two than I have in a full week before. Good stuff. With all the dailies out there, it's probably best to focus on the quick and easy ones and then MAYBE do the longer ones.
Today I knocked out 48 myself. 38 of them were through crafting, the rest through various dailies. Probably what I'm going to stick to tbh. I almost did the 6 world bosses in Wrothgar with Eolan but geeze, no thanks. He'll stick to Undaunted and the Daily Wrothgar Delve. (Might add another just to bring him up with the rest).
Best part about today is how Hates found 2 Assassins League and 1 Order of the Hour motifs through normal means while doing the Gold Coast dailies. Bless.

Buffy's been doing an Undaunted Delve Daily everyday for weeks and weeks. Just yesterday morning finally finished. That means getting her undaunted skill up to 5 so she can put Necrotic Orbs into her healer bag of available abilities.
Hmm, now with the jubilee boxes for dailies, looks like she'll continue those dailies through the anniversary event. There are only about a dozen delves involved and after doing them each many times gettting Undaunted L5, Superian has worn a path to each so they are quick and easy now.

I need some sort of platform or stone counter for the Khajiit Firepit to sit on. I like the way it looks, but floor-level cooking fires are an accident waiting to happen.
Also looking into more armour options for Ciri. The set she has now (Pariah) is good, but we have more pieces of it than we need for the set bonus. Got 3 slots open, so I'm thinking of getting some Morihaus pieces, since they have decent bonuses and look great.

Checked out the new Crown store items in preview. I was pleased to see the prices for the new things are not absurd. The Scholar personality looks nice but too much time with that book open - even running and walking it seems. Will keep an eye out for others using it and see. Still can't beat Buffy's Cheerful personality I think.
The two new outfits are nice ideas and I'm pleased to see they are not just recycling that same saggy butt pirate pants model. Unfortunately, neither of the new outfits fit Buffy. Both of them make her look too thick-waisted, busty and overall bulky. Urp.
Just as well I suppose since we just did another (final, I think) name change for her and they are not cheap. Born Buffy the Spiritcatcher, changed to Buffy Dawnchild and now she is Dame Buffy. I think we're done. I was delighted to see the term 'Dame' properly used in ESO (unlike previous TES games). As some recall, Buffy picked up the title Dame Buffy many years ago after the Knights of the White Stallion questibits in Oblivion with Sir Mazoga. It was actually a nudge from SubRosa that started me calling the tiny knight Dame Buffy so long ago.

If your carpet disappears, just click on F5, then "R". Click on the "Retrieve" tab. Go to the "Parlor" section and click on that rug. Either hit "R" to put it back into your inventory, or click on "E" to edit its position. Click on "T" to toggle the "Lock to floor" feature, and you can raise the rug up off the floor enough to stop it from disappearing. So Ervesa went to Mournhold today. She's been delaying - I think she's been feeling unworthy - but gathered up her courage and went.
I admit I was worried about how the quests would go, because ESO doesn't really give you much in the way of RP options beyond not choosing dialogue options like "Who's Vivec?" :/ It's been annoying enough that people call her outlander; I've explained that away by saying the time difference means she pings as a little foreign, but it bothers me that in three games now it's been apparently impossible to play a Dunmer who's actually from Morrowind. So I was wary.
For no reason, it turns out! The Mournhold quests work
super well with a devout Dunmer. Ervesa got a major spiritual experience, face-to-face time with one of her gods, and came out of it once again a member of the Tribunal Temple (if in a different role than last time and sworn to a different god). I also like to imagine Almalexia kindly gave her advice on the whole "so I woke up in Coldharbour with my soul missing seven hundred years in the past" thing offscreen. It's really not possible to overstate how much peace she's gained from this. She is mildly disappointed in herself for not having made the same choice as Vivec in Vivec's trial, but she did just get a lesson from Sotha Sil about the importance of imperfection so she can live with it.
...and then, when leaving the temple, she stumbled across someone with a quest marker and has now been named Deputy Cultural Ambassador for the Nords. So that could be. Interesting.

Kaz, I'm so glad that Mournheld did not disappoint such an experienced Morrowind player and fan! I do think they did a good job overall. I know that Grahtwood and Valenwood overall did not disappoint my little 'conceived in the Tall Trees' Bosmer.

So as I get closer and closer to getting a full set of Attuneable crafting stations I wonder, do you have to have the correct amount of traits researched to attune them? I remember there being a bug during testing, but idk. I really don't want to waste my time, but I'll send Hates over to the IC to get them since she's a Nightblade and it's easier to get in and out with one. At the very least she'll get the Woodworking one done and she'll finish the 2 Armor Master writs she got that she couldn't complete.
That aside, I almost tossed a Redistributor writ that gave like 6 vouchers. Eh, I'll keep it till I get another set.

This was my first experience with the Tribunal, and I have to agree that it did feel like spiritual experience to me as well. I think we get more in depth experience with Sotha Sil in the Clockwork City DLC when it comes out, and with Vivec in Morrowind when it comes out. I am really looking forward to getting to know each a little better, but absolutely fell in love with Almalexia!

I really don't know the answer to that - never even thought about it! You actually might need the right amount of traits to create the "attunement" - but IDK if that is the case or not.

After a long vacation, Mira got back to work today. With her new sense of direction,
she decided to clean up her look and embrace more of her Cyrod heritage. She also achieved level 30 Blacksmithing and 7 in Metalworking and is now able to craft Barbaric gear! Very productive day (by Khajiit standards anyway

)!

Thank you! It was really an accident, but after this one finished tweaking her look, he couldn't help but think she looked a lot like Athena!

Had a fun evening of decorating today, and managed to squeeze in some dailies too.
Cirinwe arrived at Tribune's Folly (Minotaur WB) to find it empty, so I went for snacks while we waited for back-up.
Upon my return Ciri turned around to see about a dozen players all waiting behind her - making her look very much In Charge of the whole situation.
We waited another short while to see if anyone else was going to make a move, but nope, it was up to Cirinwe to lead the attack. Very dramatic. Managed to keep everyone healed throughout the battle, so she's a very happy elf tonight.

Buffy can identify with Ciri there. Now that she has a few hundred CP by her name, she's finding younger players looking for her to initiate the action - despite standing at a ranged distance with her healing staff firmly planted in the ground trying to look all the world like a healer.
Actually, it often works okay. She puts up her Extended Ritual aura, paints all allies with Rapid Regen, curses the foe(s) with Elemental Drain (doesn't aggro them). By the time she finally pops Blazing Spear, others take that as a cue and charge in - usually.
Like Ciri, Buffy's real agenda is to make sure she can heal allies faster than the boss can hurt them.

Mira had a different experience today while doing her Dolmen daily. The high level folks were just standing around and it wasn't until Mira charged in that they decided to get involved.

I've had that happen in reverse too. Buffy was nervously waiting for more at a WB and a L16 sorc charged in to the WB's face. Though Buffy was the only other player there, she felt no choice and dove in as well. In this case, the sorc was squishy and ranged only so Buffy had no choice but to try and 'tank' using her whirling spear of light up close. Happily, the same healing she uses to keep any tank alive works on her as well. It wasn't pretty but it worked. And the sorc's dps really was a nice help.
