That is true. You can get into that part in ghastley's pic, but not much farther. The Face of Boe is just beyond that, and you cannot go farther without doing the MQ.

I think Acadian gets the for that. I'm not sure if that part counts as Karthspire or Skyhaven Temple, anyway.

The only place I can think of that has the coffins around it is Four Bears Holdout. (Never did find any bears there).

Yes, what you are looking at is the Sulphur Cave, but it is not the one under Vault 19. The game actually has a second location of sulfur deposit in the game, except that this one is non-explosive. The quest that sends you there is the quest to acquire Dinner Bell, one very good shot gun. You have to find some Fire Gecko eggs in the 'Bleed me Dry' quest.

The cave is called 'Bootjack Cavern.'
