That looks like the abandoned trailer with the Protectron wandering around outside. It is by the water. That would be the Revere Satellite Array to the north west, and Reeb Marina to the North East. There is that raider settlement on the beach east of it, out of the picture.

Trailer is probably right; I thought it was a Quonset hut style building.

Took me a moment to tell if it was Skyrim or Oblivion (on my phone right now). I think this is Oblivion.

Is this the fort (at least I think it is a fort) in the Shivering Isles with all those ghosts doomed to walk its halls until you free them in some quest? I think they were getting invaded during a Greymarch when they died. I can't remember its name or how the quest went but I remember that bit. It's been some time since I did that quest.

Sweet. In a game that I think had the best side quests in the mainline TES games, this one managed to be one of the standouts to me.

That's one of the doors between districts of the Imperial City. The direction shown means it must be either Arena->Arboretum or Elven Gardens->Talos Plaza. (Tosses mental coin). I'll guess the latter.

Maybe just outside Talos Plaza district from where you can see the stables and the long stone bridge? Not inside the City proper.

That's definitely The Pitt. All that fire and smog can only be found there. Also, the steel mills.

I guess Kane beat me to it, but in case mALX wants a more specific answer...well, I am not sure how to get specific, but it is the outside area where you have to get those steel bars(?) for that one raider that runs that area.

Def. give to Rader for the specifics. I haven't even played the DLC's for 3 - just a deduction on my part.
