It is the Skylines Flight 1981 wreck. Always a great place to find a fight. In some of my games it respawned npcs every time I walked near it, even if only a few hours had passed. A great way to farm experience points!

You're right.

A fight can happen there? Looks like Logan was lucky (or not), there were some dead wastelanders laying around but no hostile NPCs or creatures.

There is always a battle between at least two sides at the crashed flight. Raiders vs. Ghouls, Scavengers vs Super Mutants, or any of the above vs Robots. You must have gotten there too late to participate, and just seen the aftermath.

At least Khajiit or Mirocu ought to know where Hecate is

Its obviously Fallout 3, but I have no clue where it might be.

Is that the factory with a bunch of those Sentry bots on alert on the first floor? The name escapes me. I'll have to look it up, because I'm guessing that even if it is that place that my answer is not satisfactory.

Not sure which factory you have in mind, but it's probably the wrong one, because there aren't sentry bots outside (or inside) of it.

The screenie was taken behind the building, the main entrance is on the opposite side.

Lol, figures. It may be something my mind made up since it is has been a quite a while, but I remember entering this factory of sorts where there were a bunch of sentry bots on the first floor. I remembered it because my character was much too low a level to contend with it and had to come back later when she was beefed up.
