I don't think so, that one is an actual shack, not a ruin of one. And neither is it Meeko's shack, for the same reason.

Yikes. I meant to say the location in Kane's picture is near the DB shack. Because I don't think the broken-down shack in that picture has an actual location name.

Hm, little far from the Abandoned Shack. Just to move things along, I'll say it's near a main quest location.

Well, the only main quest location in Hjaalmarch that I can think of, is Ustengrav. But I don't remember a ruined shack nearby, so even if this answer is correct, it isn't a genuine answer.

Hmm. Sun is low in the sky, and the mountains are visible, meaning Mirocu is facing west. Ironically, there are mountains in Maryland to the west, but they are over an hour away by car. There's no way we'd be able to see them from the D.C. area.
