I assumed it's in Craglorn because Grits mentioned in another thread that her characters are adventuring in Craglorn, I also didn't recognize the exact location.

Mournhold isn't correct unfortunately, the place in question is one of those that you visit only during specific quest(s). So a name of the realm in question will do.
