Is it that cave where you're sent during Malacath's quest?

No Forsworn, no Orc connections. This place is all Undead. It is in the Reach, not the Rift.
If I'd taken the picture from behind her, the doors would have been too much of a clue.

"Undead" and "Reach" brings Ragnvald and Valthume to my mind. It's definitely not Ragnvald because I've been there lately with my character Souissi. And I've been to Valthume only once with my character Gottham, probably in year 2011 or early 2012, so I have no idea anymore how it looks like. But let's try - Valthume.

Nov 21 2018, 06:44 PM
And ......... you're right!

It's Valthume Vestibule, to be more precise. She's just been let in by Valdar, and hasn't quite entered the tomb proper.

The snowberry wreath reminds me of Winterhold (and another hold, but the picture doesn't look like that other inn I am thinking of). So I will go with The Frozen Hearth.

Where is Jerric?
Lopov

Interesting.
That's Azura, I guess, considering symbols in front of her. You say it should be familiar from two games, this screenie is from ESO, which I don't have but ESO is the first game. Then it has to be one of the oldies. Azura played a prominent role only in Morrowind. So my guess is Cavern of the Incarnate.

Yes!! If you look by the blue flowers at Jerric’s feet and behind him, you will see some of the failed incarnates.

Where was Souissi "kissed" by the vampire? An exact name's not necessary, not even I know it ATM, the description of an approximate location is enough.

Where is Isabella?I keep waffling between Far Harbor and Nuka-World, but I think SubRosa is onto it being near a coast (along with what seems to be a hint from Kane in response to mALX).
So I'll go with a location on The Island. Eagle's Cove Tannery?
Kane

I think you see this place if you walk straight up the road leading N/NW from Westside. To the east there's a farm with the invisible mutie, and a little back and to the west is a road leading up to Jacobstown.

Oh, is it right along the North mountain edge of the game = where you have that encounter to get the Alien Power gun or the Gausse rifle (depending on your choice at the beginning of the game)? Like almost straight up from that main road that runs north and south on the west side of the map; but then go east a ways to the site where the Alien ship lands or the raiders with the Gausse rifle attack you?

Indeed, you are both right. It's the blockade (and a rather conveniently placed one, although I'm not a fan of invisible walls either) from keeping you going further northwest out of the game map. I haven't gotten that Alien weapon yet, but I did get the Gauss Rifle (the YCS/186) from those mercenaries. Wow, what a sweet find.
