Looks like the river west of Pell's Gate.

East Branch of the White Rose River, just south of Old Bridge. Buffy is looking past Superian at the backside of Pell's Gate. I just can make out the top of Fort Homestead through the trees to the left.
I always liked this spot. Too bad that between that random Oblivion Gate to the south and Fort Roebuck to the southwest the area always seems infested with daedra.
EDIT: Ninja'd!

mALX, I had to look that quest up - the place was a mystery to me too!
I am looking for the nearest locations to that spot, if anyone else cares to name names.

Jan 29 2016, 02:21 AM
Persephone was there recently. It is on the very western edge of Falkreath Hold, right by the map edge. There is a Shrine of Akatosh nearby, and the Twilight Sepulcher and it's waterfall is to the south.

That's the place, Sage Rose!
mALX, you are right, according to the UESP wiki. But because you didn't name places . . . I had never played that quest so I had no idea that it was something other than a charming Easter Egg. So I was looking for a place, not a quest.
Maybe that's an idea for a new thread - Name that Kwest!

No inference taken. I'm terrible at this game, and I'll be the first to admit!
Where is Snaat Rayag? (note: the guy in the background is mod-added, but the area they're in is vanilla). When you answer, you can just specify which town he's in.
