I'm surmising (from the windows) that it is either a chapel or manor of some sort. I'm guessing that either the scamp or skellie are a summon, meaning the other is the organic enemy there. My gut tells me that the scamp is the summoned one. So. . . I am trying to think of such a place inhabited by skellies and am clueless.

If it has anything to do with Hackdirt, KotN, Everscamps, MQ or any of several other quests, I have not done those enough to remain familiar with them.
