The dialogue around Redbelly Mine was all iron-related, so the Unofficial Patch swapped the ores with the nearby Northwind (3 veins in each, and the other one has a resident dragon, so more challenging). They did it as the simplest fix for the discrepancy, but I think it works better that way.
