Alimentary, my dear Mrs Malaprop! For Cyrodiil ones, I look at the foliage to get the region, then narrow down from there. The road clue was then enough to give me a short list of one.
No clues (yet) with this one.
Where is Freyadis?

There's some shack in the background, so I guess it's one of those mills that are located by rivers. There's a chicken roaming around and the area over the river reminds me of the geyser-area, so I'm going to guess it's Mixwater Mill.

And if you count the nests, it confirms it. Mixwater Mill is one of only two locations that has three chicken nests. (The other is Salvius Farm, near Markarth).

I am thinking Silorn, since that dead guy looks like the mage turncoat boss you have to kill there as part of the Mages Guild quest line.

Correct, dead Falcar was supposed to reveal the answer to the location.

I know the approximate location but totally forgot the name. Which brings it down to that I actually don't know the answer.

You may as well go ahead mALX, you guessed it right before, and I don't think anyone else will get it.

Is it perhaps the nearby Brinewater Grotto? I get them confused when I'm near the Solitude lighthouse so I have to look them up. I've never cleared Brinewater Grotto because most of it is quest-locked by a TG quest.

Can you be a little more specific?
SubRosa
Jun 6 2016, 08:08 PM
It is one of the towers rising from the mountain Shriekwind is built into, looking north to Lake Ilinalta. That island in the lake is probably the Lady Stone. North Shriekwind Bastion is what the map marker is on that side of the mountain.

I think Mirocu is right about it being Chorrol; that is Abiene's milieu. (plus that is most def a Chorrol door in the background)

ghastley
Jun 9 2016, 03:39 PM
The stained glass windows don't get changed, so that's no clue. I'm going by the fact that it looks like Hil the Tall at the altar, so it's Cheydinhal.
Lopov
Jun 9 2016, 03:42 PM
ghastley's right, it's the Chapel of Arkay in Cheydinhal. NPCs were the clue, most notably Hil the Tall and Errandil.
