Dummer, I get the two names mixed-up all the time. Then it's the House of Mania. I was going by the blue color of the area behind the fire bowl. In the other house it is red, I think.

Sheogorath's Palace is a bit confusing and not entirely logical. Which is very logical in itself, I find. House of Mania it is! (I think they have the same blue windows throughout, although other buildings in Mania indeed tend to have orange/red windows. But the flame gives it away.)

I had to look that up as I don't have the plugin installed. But yes, Lothran is right where the house remains are at the very south of Cyrodiil where Deepscorn Hollow also is if you have Vile Lair.

Wow, I went there but the landscape mod I use changed it so much it wasn't recognizable.

The stone (whatever it is) on the left side gave it away, I remembered that there are remains of some house on the beach close to where the Deepscorn Hollow is located.
