Well I know she pwned Belethor. Pretty sure it was Belethor. Or was it Nazeem? Well I know Belethor for sure. Sybil got tired of hearing all his insulting comments. At the time, one of my other characters was rather proud, because she wanted to get rid of the guy too. Couldn't do it though. We all need Belethor to buy & sell from.

I keep thinking of Belethor for some reason. So I will go with Whiterun Hold, Belethor's Goods Store, final answer.

Yes, it's got a secret door that you open with a secret button (he he), and behind that there's a clearing with a decent shack. And some inhabitants at dinner, rather cross with your interruption.
