Tiber Septim Hotel is one of my characters' favorite places to stay, particularly for all the 'free' food on the second floor. Lady Saga for instance, sometimes has lots of fun making a lot of it into Restore Fatigue potions. As long as you don't get caught, because all that food is considered stealing if you do.
