I recognize the location but I don't know the name. It's occupied by raiders and located slightly north of Rockbreaker's Last Gas. Over the river, opposite of this location, is Roosevelt Academy. Specific enough or do you demand the name?

OH! That bear is hers? I just saw this in my email (which for some reason doesn't show the words, just the link) and thought the bear was a clue to the location.

But I still didn't have the answer, even without thinking that clue was a part of it - I'll bet Acadian will know it!

Not sure here. That looks like a draugr taking a knee and what looks like ash piled up around the rocks and such. If I'm right, that narrows it to perhaps a Nordic ruin in Solstheim but, even if that's right, I couldn't begin to guess which one. *Le shrug*

Just as Acadian, I think that it's on Solstheim, also because of Mielikki's armor. But I have no idea which ruin.

Her gear looks like Dawnguard relics (Snow elf armor, sun hallowed arrows and Auriel's Bow), but the dungeon does not look like a DG dungeon.

I can confirm that it is a Nordic ruin on Solstheim. As an extra hint, it is very unusual in the way that you gradually unlock new sections of the dungeon.
