I think it's a hint. What could possibly make a vroom vroom sound? Two things: a Chryslus or an atomic motorcycle.
Maybe there is a Chryslus dealer in Fallout 4, the way there is in Fallout 3. Either that or a motorcycle museum.

I saw one of Subrosa's characters firing up the Constitution! And isn't there a place in game with a bunch of prewar vehicles? I found a clue that said there was in that cave under the RR.
